Refund Policy

Returns, Refunds or Exchanges. 

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer you a refund, return or exchange in cases for a change of mind. We request to please choose your items carefully and to contact us if you have any questions, requests or queries about any of our products. 

To contact us regarding a product you can email us sales@ethnikco.com, if you are contacting us regarding a product already purchased we ask that you provide proof of purchase or a receipt. 

Sale Items (If applicable) 

We only offer refunds on regular priced items, and sale items unfortunately cannot be awarded a refund for change of mind or similar. 

Exchanges (If applicable) 

We will only exchange an item if it is defective, and we ask all our customers to please inspect their package upon arrival. if you do need to exchange it for the same item email us at ethnikhello@gmail.com and we will get back to you. 

Shipping 

To return a product, you will need to email ethnikhello@gmail.com for more details. 

Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if applicable, and all shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do qualify for a refund the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on your location the time that your exchanged product reaches you, may vary. 

Lastly, if you are returning a product that is $60 or over we ask that you use a tracking number on the parcel or purchase a shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
