We also understand that sometimes people change their mind or last-minute outfit changes happen, we’ve been there too!
Our priority is to work alongside you, not make things difficult. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges to ensure you feel confident and cared for when shopping with us.

Hygiene Protection

- Unworn, unused jewellery only
- Earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
- Original packaging required
- Return must be pre-approved before sending back
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns for:
- Jewelry that is unworn, unused, and in perfect, resellable condition
- Orders placed within the last 30 days
- Items returned in their original Ethnik box and protective wrapping
What Cannot Be Returned
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings and body jewellery (hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized designs
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Jewellery without its original packaging
Jewellery Sets Return Policy
Each Ethnik set is sold as a complete piece and cannot be partially returned.
- Returns must include all components of the set: necklace, earrings, and headpiece, all unworn and in original packaging.
- If any part of the set has been worn, the entire set will be considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Exchanges or store credit will be issued once the full set is received and inspected.
- Refunds are only provided for faulty or incorrect items.
How to Start a Return

Step 1: Submit a Request
Email us at ethnikhello@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the jewelry and packaging
- Reason for return or exchange -
Step 2: Get Approval & Instructions
Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
Once approved, you'll receive:
- Return instructions
- A return form to include in your package
- The correct return address -
Step 3: Pack It Carefully
Place the jewelry in its original Ethnik box, pouch, and protective wrapping.
Include the return form and seal securely to prevent damage. -
Step 4: Send It Back
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
We highly recommend tracked shipping.

To ensure every customer receives brand-new, unworn jewelry, we cannot accept returns of earrings or body jewelry once worn.
This policy protects you and our entire Ethnik community by guaranteeing the quality and hygiene of every piece we sell.
